By introducing the integration of people, tools and processes early in the planning of any communication with target audiences there’s a real opportunity to improve the whole user journey. Partnering with Veeva, and having access to their full portfolio of solutions, is an important step in helping clients deliver this in the most effective and impactful way.
Recently we’ve helped clients optimise user journeys in the ongoing COVID-19 environment, extending opportunities to interact with healthcare professionals (HCP) beyond just an initial online meeting. Building an ongoing, integrated experience for the customer (in this case the HCP) provides additional value for them and increases ROI for the client through the benefits of closed loop marketing.
We do this by detailing the needs of the HCP and assessing the client’s existing infrastructure for delivering content and interacting with their customers – be that a website, owned email list, social channel etc.
This enables us to identify touch points to fill, functionality to build upon and how to integrate the solution with the Veeva CRM platform – delivering a seamless, learning relationship between the HCP and the brand.
Optimising every interaction
The Veeva CRM platform helps us optimise every customer interaction by developing tailored content and designing the most effective user experience to deliver key messages with maximum impact. Each interaction, regardless of touchpoint, is optimised to bring high value to customers and the brand.
Furthermore it’s all tracked and fed into the CRM database to inform future interactions through, for example, Veeva CRM Approved emails that drive individual HCPs to specific content with clear conversion-driving calls to action.
We’re already enjoying the opportunities the Veeva full-service partnership has brought, with our team completing the Veeva training programs to become certified users.
